Willkommen bei Sorank, einer SaaS-Plattform, die von der Stone Rank Kft. („Sorank“, „wir“, „unser“, „uns“) betrieben wird. Durch den Zugriff auf oder die Nutzung unserer Website und Dienste erklären Sie („Nutzer“, „Kunde“, „Sie“) sich mit diesen Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden. Wenn Sie diesen Bedingungen nicht zustimmen, dürfen Sie nicht auf Sorank zugreifen oder die Dienste nutzen.

1. Zweck des Dienstes

Sorank bietet digitale Tools an, mit denen Unternehmen ihre Sichtbarkeit in KI-Systemen und Suchmaschinen analysieren und verbessern können. Unsere Leistungen umfassen:

Content-Erstellung
SEO-Analyse
Backlink-Monitoring
Reporting-Dashboards
Zusätzliche Funktionen, die im Laufe der Zeit veröffentlicht werden

Sorank garantiert keine Verbesserungen des Rankings oder Ergebnisse bei der Sichtbarkeit. Der Nutzer bleibt voll verantwortlich für alle Entscheidungen und Maßnahmen, die auf Basis der von der Plattform generierten Erkenntnisse getroffen werden.

2. Teilnahmeberechtigung

Sie müssen:

Ein Mindestalter von 18 Jahren
Die rechtliche Fähigkeit zum Abschluss eines Vertrages
Die Nutzung des Dienstes in Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Gesetzen

3. Kontoregistrierung

Um auf bestimmte Funktionen zugreifen zu können, müssen Sie ein Konto erstellen und korrekte Informationen angeben. Sie sind verantwortlich für:

Sorank kann Konten, bei denen der Verdacht auf Missbrauch, Betrug oder einen Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen besteht, sperren oder kündigen.

4. Abonnement und Abrechnung

4.1 Allgemeines

Sorank bietet monatliche und jährliche Abonnementpläne an. Die Preise werden in EUR angezeigt, exklusive Steuern, sofern nicht anders angegeben. Zahlungen werden sicher über Stripe abgewickelt.

4.2 Verlängerung

Alle Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, bis sie gekündigt werden.

4.3 Kündigung

Sie können Ihr Abonnement jederzeit über Ihr Dashboard kündigen. Eine Kündigung führt nicht zu einer Rückerstattung, sofern dies nicht ausdrücklich in unserer Rückerstattungsrichtlinie angegeben ist.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds follow the conditions outlined in our dedicated Refund Policy page. Unless otherwise specified:

Monthly plans: non-refundable
Annual plans: refundable within 30 days minus one month of service
Used credits: non-refundable

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use Sorank for illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
Interfere with system integrity or security
Mine data, scrape, or overload the platform
Use generated content to violate copyrights, privacy, or applicable law
Share access with unauthorized users

Violation may result in immediate suspension of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, features, designs, trademarks, and data displayed on Sorank are the exclusive property of Stone Rank Kft. or its licensors.You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes.You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Sorank.

7. AI-Generated Content

Scope. As part of its services, Stone Rank Kft. uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate content, including but not limited to blog articles, SEO-optimised texts, and other written materials, which may be published directly on the customer's website.
Customer responsibility. The customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated content, whether before or after publication on their website. By using the service, the customer accepts full editorial responsibility for any content published on their domain.
No guarantee of accuracy. Stone Rank Kft. does not warrant the factual accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The customer is strongly encouraged to verify all factual claims, data, and statements before relying on or publishing such content.
Intellectual property and liability. The customer assumes full responsibility in the event that AI-generated content published on their website infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains defamatory statements, or is otherwise unlawful. Stone Rank Kft. shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the customer's use or publication of AI-generated content without prior review.
AI transparency. In accordance with the European AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), Stone Rank Kft. informs users that certain content produced through its platform is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems. Where required by applicable law, such content will be identified as AI-generated.
Autopilot mode. When the customer activates the automatic publishing feature ("autopilot mode"), they expressly acknowledge that content may be published on their website without prior manual review. By enabling this feature, the customer accepts the associated risks and agrees that Stone Rank Kft. bears no liability for content published automatically on their behalf.

8. Backlink Network

8.1 Description of the Service

The Backlink Network is an optional feature offered in addition to the subscribed plan, at no extra cost. It is not a paid deliverable and no part of the subscription price is allocated to it. It is proposed only where relevant opportunities exist, and availability depends on the User's industry and on the sites participating at any given time. In certain industries, no suitable opportunity exists and the User may receive no backlink at all. When enabled, Sorank automatically inserts, modifies, and, where applicable, removes contextual hyperlinks:

outbound, within content published by the User through connected CMS platforms or the Sorank-hosted blog, pointing to other participating sites; and
inbound, from the content of other participating sites to the User's site.

8.2 Consent, Control, and Withdrawal

By subscribing to a plan that includes the Backlink Network, the User expressly authorizes Sorank to insert, modify, and remove contextual links within the User's published content as described above. Participation is optional: the Backlink Network is active by default, the User may disable it at any time from their account, and the User may request the removal of any hosted link. Disabling stops all new insertions.

8.3 No Guarantee of Results

Sorank makes no guarantee as to any search-ranking outcome, position, traffic, indexing, or retention of links, nor as to the number of backlinks obtained, which may be none. The treatment, valuation, devaluation, or penalization of links rests solely with third-party search engines (including Google), whose guidelines are independent of Sorank and subject to change at any time. Because the Backlink Network is an optional feature offered free of charge in addition to the subscription, obtaining few backlinks or none at all does not entitle the User to any refund, credit, price reduction, or compensation, and is not a valid ground for a refund request under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8.4 Acknowledgment of Risk and Limitation of Liability

The User acknowledges that participating in a link-exchange network may carry risk under search-engine guidelines, and participates of their own free will. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorank shall not be liable for any ranking changes, manual actions, penalties, loss of traffic, or other consequences arising from the User's participation in the Backlink Network.

8.5 Credits

Backlink Network credits are granted as part of this complimentary feature. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or for a price reduction, are non-refundable, and are governed by these Terms and the applicable billing terms. Credits that remain unused, including where no placement opportunity is available in the User's industry, give rise to no refund or compensation.

8.6 Third-Party Data

Sorank relies on third-party data (including Ahrefs and DataForSEO) to match and price links; such data is provided "as is".

9. User Data & Privacy

Information submitted to or generated by the platform is processed according to our Privacy Policy.You retain ownership of your data, and you grant Sorank the necessary rights to store, analyse, and process it to provide the service.Sorank does not sell personal data.

10. Third-Party Services

Sorank may integrate or rely on external APIs, including but not limited to:

Search engines
AI systems
Data providers
Payment processors

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or changes resulting from third-party services.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous access to the platform. However, we do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service
Error-free operation
Full compatibility with your systems

We may temporarily disable the service for maintenance, updates, or security improvements.

12. Disclaimers

Sorank provides the platform "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.We do not guarantee:

Improved rankings
Increased traffic
Accurate predictions
Perfect data reliability
Specific business outcomes

You use Sorank at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorank shall not be liable for:

Loss of revenue, profits, business, or data
Downtime, service interruptions, or errors
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall never exceed the total fees paid by the User during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms
You misuse the platform
You fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination:

Your access is revoked immediately
Data may be deleted after a reasonable period
No refund is owed unless required by law

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Budapest, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
